Somatic means of the body. Alchemy is the process of transformation. Here, I use the two together as a way of getting curious about what you're experiencing in your body, the patterns surrounding it, and what may be worth exploring more closely.
These are possibilities to explore, not explanations for your symptoms.
Think of this reading as a place to start paying closer attention. The value is not in deciding that one theme is "the answer." It is in noticing whether the same patterns show up in your body, your relationships, your decisions, your habits, or the way you respond under pressure.
Over the next few days, notice when the symptoms, feelings, or patterns you selected show up. What was happening right before? Who were you with? What were you thinking about? What were you pushing through, avoiding, holding onto, or trying to manage?
You may find that one part of the reading feels especially familiar. Start there. The more specific you can get about when something happens and what surrounds it, the more useful the information becomes.
Your Compass direction gives you another way to look at the reading. It points toward the area that showed up most strongly in your responses, so you can use that direction as a theme to keep exploring.
